Why Am I Getting a Fat Belly?!There are a number of reasons that a person starts getting a fat belly. It could be that you are less active then what you were before. Figure out if you are eating more then what you need and if you are less active then you used to be. Many people think that if they decrease the amount of food they eat that will automatically help them lose the weight. Really what you need to do first is get active.
